How to get a Duplicate Degree certificate?
If you are a student who has already received a degree certificate and needs a duplicate, you can follow these steps to get it:
- Obtain Application Form: The application form for Duplicate Degree Certificate can be obtained from the Examination Department (Room No. 42) of Gujarat University. Alternatively, you can also download the form from the university website.
- Fill out the form: Fill out the application form with your personal details, such as your name, roll number, and the name of the degree you have obtained. Make sure to fill out the form accurately and completely.
- Attach relevant documents: Attach a legible attested photocopy of your mark sheet and degree certificate of the relevant degree examination with the application form. These documents are mandatory for processing your application.
- Pay Fee: Pay a fee of Rs. 500/- at the Cash Counter (Window No. 20) of Gujarat University. You can pay in cash or by demand draft in favor of "The Registrar, Gujarat University".
